The purpose of this Informational Briefing is to provide additional information to the Committee on Public Safety about Project HOPE (Hawaii's Opportunity Probation and Enforcement) and also the paroling process:

-Project HOPE – Judge Steven Alm, First Circuit Court, Second Division

-Hawaii Paroling Authority

There will be no testimony accepted.
