RELATING TO OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER.

Permits tethering of an unattended dog if the tether meets certain specifications and the dog is at least 2 months old.  Establishes mandatory fines.  Effective December 21, 2058.  (HB2724 HD1)

RELATING TO ANIMALS.

Amends the definition of necessary sustenance to include a primary pet enclosure that provides shelter; safe construction to prevent injury; room to stand, sit, or lie down; and safe interactions with other animals.  Amends the definition of pet animal.  Defines primary pet enclosure.  Effective December 21, 2058.  (HB2725 HD1)

RELATING TO GRAFFITI.

Requires a person convicted of criminal property damage involving graffiti to remove the graffiti within 30 days of sentencing, to perform community service removing graffiti from within 100 yards of the site of the offense, and to reimburse property owners for costs incurred in removing graffiti within 100 yards of the site of the offense.  (HB2129 HD1)
