The Illegal Fireworks Task Force (IFTF) was established by the Legislature pursuant to SB 1059 CD1 (2010) Act 170, to stop the importation of illegal fireworks and explosives.  It requires the task force to report a preliminary plan to the legislature no later than January 10, 2011.
