This informational briefing will be to discuss the state of youth services in Hawaii and the future of the Office of Youth Services.  This briefing will be conducted in a roundtable discussion format.  The focus will involve reviewing the statute that established the Office of Youth Services and brainstorming a plan of action for the year 2011 and beyond.  All providers of services, former and current OYS employees and all others interested in this issue are welcome to participate. 

No public testimony will be accepted.
