REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO SET MORE STANDARDIZED REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR PROJECTS.

RELATING TO THE HOMELESS. Establishes a 5-year housing first pilot program developed by the Hawaii Public Housing Authority, in collaboration with the Department of Human Services, to assist chronically homeless individuals. Increases the conveyance tax by an unspecified amount on properties valued at $1,200,000 and over to fund the housing first special fund. (HB2318 HD2)
