RELATING TO TOWING.

Requires towing companies to be in operation twenty-four hours per day, 7 days a week in a county with a population greater than 500,000 persons.  Requires tow companies open for twenty-four hours to offer services that include the release of vehicles in storage.  Requires tow operators to maintain, at minimum, $500,000 bodily injury coverage, $200,000 property damage insurance, $175,000 on-hook coverage insurance, or a combined single limit of liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000.  Specifies means of payment of towing fees.  Effective 1/1/2011.  (SD1)

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE SUN SCREENING DEVICES.

Allows the use of sun screening materials that meet the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 205 when applied to a certain portion of motor vehicle windshields.  (SD1)

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS.

Gives boards of directors authority to install or allow the installation of solar energy or wind energy devices on the common elements of condominiums.  (SD1)

RELATING TO PHARMACIST LICENSURE.

Broadens the practical experience requirements for a pharmacist license to include experience obtained in U.S. territories and the District of Columbia.  Removes the requirement that supervision must take place in a pharmacy.  Broadens the experience requirements to relate to the practice of pharmacy.  (SD1)

RELATING TO MILK LABELING.

Requires milk and soy milk beverages to be labeled with the date of pasteurization or the date of packaging.  Effective January 20, 2020.  (SD1)
