DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB 2697 Testimony Status	RELATING TO INSURANCE. Modernizes Insurance Code.	CPN
SB 2788 Testimony Status	RELATING TO CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEMS. Authorizes the director of the department of commerce and consumer affairs to issue cable franchise agreements that are subject to review every five years when regulatory or technological changes require a review.	CPN
SB 2837 Testimony Status	RELATING TO LICENSING. Revises minimum requirements for licensing electricians and plumbers.	CPN
SB 2700 Testimony Status	RELATING TO THE DENTAL LICENSURE EXAMINATION. Provides the Board of Dental Examiners with the ability to determine which national examination to accept by no longer requiring that the American Board of Dental Examiners (“ADEX”) examination be the national examination that can be accepted for licensure.	CPN

No testimony will be accepted.
