HOUSE CONCURRENT

RESOLUTION

RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2010.

     BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-fifth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2010, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2010 are hereby determined to be the 19^th, 22^nd, 23^rd, 24^th, and 25^th days of February, on which dates the Regular Session of 2010 shall be recessed; and

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2010 are hereby determined to be the 26^th day of January, the 1^st and 25^th days of March, and the 5^th day of April, on which dates the Regular Session of 2010 shall be recessed.
