A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF HAWAIIAN AFFAIRS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The auditor shall conduct a financial and management audit of the office of Hawaiian affairs, and shall submit a report on the findings and recommendations to the governor and the legislature twenty days prior to the convening of the 2011 legislative session.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
