HOUSE RESOLUTION
RELATING TO THE CAUCUS LEADERS AND THE COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-fifth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2010, that KYMBERLY MARCOS PINE shall: be a member of the Education Committee, Higher Education Committee, and Legislative Management Committee; no longer be a member of the Finance Committee; and remain as the Minority Floor Leader and a member of the Transportation Committee, Labor & Public Employment Committee, and Public Safety Committee; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that LYNN FINNEGAN shall: be a member of the Finance Committee; no longer be a member of the Education Committee, Higher Education Committee, and Legislative Management Committee; and remain as the Minority Leader and a member of the Health Committee; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by this Resolution, all appointments and committee memberships of the House of Representatives as set forth in H.R. No. 4 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-fifth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2009, shall remain in full force and effect.
