A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO STATE BONDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Act 112, Session Laws of Hawaii 2009, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
