RELATING TO KAKAAKO. Increases the reserved housing requirement for a planned development to twenty-five per cent of floor space in the Kakaako community development district, mauka area for lots three acres or more in size.

RELATING TO KAKAAKO. Increases the reserved housing requirement for a major development on a lot of at least 1 acre in the Kakaako community development district, mauka area.

RELATING TO HOUSING. Requires petitioners for reclassification of district boundaries and developers of 25 or more housing units provide for at least 60% of the units to be affordable housing, of which 25% going to the households earning up to 80% of the area median income.
