RELATING TO THE CONVEYANCE TAX. Suspends temporarily the distribution of a portion of the Conveyance Tax to the Land Conservation Fund.  Temporarily reduces the portions of the Conveyance Tax transferred to the Rental Housing Trust Fund and Natural Area Reserve Fund.  (HB1741 HD1)
