SB 165, SD1 Testimony	RELATING TO PUBLIC SCHOOL CAFETERIA WORKERS. Clarifies that public school cafeteria workers employed after July 1, 2009, will be compensated for a school-year period and compensation will be prorated over a calendar-year period; cafeteria workers employed prior to July 1, 2009, will continue to receive compensation over a calendar-year period.  (SD1)	EDH/LBR, WAM
