Presentation: The purpose of this joint legislative informational briefing is to update the Committee on Health and Committee on Human Services on the reduction in services to people with serious and persistent mental illness by the Department of Health. Invited participates include the Department of Health , Mental Health America of Hawai`i, Queens Medical Center, as well as various other mental health agencies throughout the state to participate and provide insight on the subject matter.
