In recent weeks, the State's tech tax incentives, Act 221-215 have been widely discussed in conjunction with Department of Taxation's 2008 reports on the usage and impact of the credit. The purpose of this informational briefing is to provide an overview on the usage, fiscal impacts and public benefits of the tax credits. Speakers will include industry experts, Department of Taxation and Act 221 businesses speaking about their experiences with these incentives.
