In recent weeks, the State's tech tax incentives, Act 221 and 215 have been widely discussed in conjunction with the Department of Taxation's 2008 reports on the usage and impact of the credits. The purpose of this informational briefing is to provide an overview of the benefits and disadvantages of the tax credits.
