A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the Kaneohe bay regional council.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 200D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the repeal of chapter 200D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the department of land and natural resources shall continue to exercise full force and effect with respect to all plans, programs, or other policies adopted by the Kaneohe Bay Regional Council prior to the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 30, 2011.
