RELATING TO THE SUPERVISION OF ADULT OFFENDERS. Increases the membership of and appropriates funds for a full‑time coordinator position for the state council for interstate adult offender supervision. Authorizes judiciary to assess a fee on parolees' and probationers' prison transfer applications for transfers out of the State. Establishes one full-time coordinator position under the judiciary. RELATING TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING. Exempts new multi-family housing condominium developments of seventy-five units or more from certain state and county affordable housing requirements. (SD1)

RELATING TO AIR POLLUTION CONTROL. Creates a three-year pilot program to be established and implemented by the department of health, with results to be reported to the legislature. Establishes that the findings of the program will determine the current level of and health and environmental impact of air pollution caused by bunker fuel-burning cruise vessels docked or moored in Nawiliwili harbor, and the effect of requiring cruise ships to switch to .5 per cent or lower sulfur fuels while docked or moored. RELATING TO OFFENDER REENTRY. Makes clarifying amendments to chapter 353H, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to the offender reentry program. Makes establishing the program mandatory. (SB2546 SD2)
