RELATING TO LAND ACQUISITION. Proposed SD1: Directs the department of land and natural resources or any appropriate entity of the State to acquire undeveloped lands, including but not limited to those lands surrounding the Turtle Bay Hotel and Resort, located in Kahuku, Oahu.

RELATING TO LAND ACQUISITION. Appropriates funds for the acquisition of land in Wahiawa, Oahu, currently owned by the George Galbraith Estate.

RELATING TO LEGACY LANDS. Makes an appropriation for the board of land and natural resources to purchase the Ka ‘Iwi coast using the land conservation fund.

RELATING TO THE COCO PALMS RESORT. Appropriates matching funds for the board of land and natural resources in partnership with other public and private non-profit entities to acquire the Coco Palms Resort and convert it into a public historical park and cultural education center to preserve and benefit native Hawaiian culture.
