The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss the rate of alcohol-related accidents and fatalities in the State of Hawaii as well as explain the vehicle ignition interlock system.

Arkie Koehl, Chair of the Public Policy Committee MADD-Hawaii will do a power point presentation.  Carol McNamee, Member of the Public Policy Committee and Leah Marx, MADD-Hawaii Executive Director will be present to answer questions.  Also present will be Debra Coffey, Vice President of Smart Start Inc., Dallas, Texas.
