RELATING TO DRIVER LICENSES.

Permits the examiner of drivers to also waive the knowledge test for applicants holding a valid drivers license from another state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, a province of the Dominion of Canada, or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
