The purpose of this informational briefing is to provide update by Facility Assessment and Concept Development (FACD) consultants to the Legislature, the Department of Public Safety's plan to implement a new and more accurate inmate classification system and in addition a presentation by the Interagency Council on Intermediate Sanctions (ICIS). The following are invited to participate:
