RELATING TO IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS. Regulates the business of immigration consulting by prohibiting nonattorneys or nonaccredited individuals from rendering opinions or aiding in completion of immigration documents in exchange for consideration. (SD1)

RELATING TO HARASSMENT. Provides that harassment includes all computer communications; adds computer communication as a form of nonconsensual contact in the offense of harassment by stalking. (SD1)
