Provides for the establishment of remote dispensing pharmacies.

RELATING TO CONDITIONAL RELEASE.

Provide statutory guidance and clarification on the seventy-two (72) hour hold and extended hold process, especially as it relates to patients under Conditional Release (CR) from the State Hospital or related facility.

RELATING TO TELEPHARMACY.

Requires board of pharmacy to allow telepharmacy by certain federally qualified health centers participating in the federal 340B Pharmaceutical Purchasing Program administered by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.  Defines "telepharmacy" to limit dispensing to only acute medications.
