Establishes requirements for pre-need funeral and interment salespersons.  Establishes requirements for the solicitation of pre-need funeral and interment goods and services.  Makes various amendments to the laws governing pre-need funeral and interment contracts and trusts. SB 2286 Testimony	RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE. Requires motor vehicle insurers to reduce the rates of senior citizens who successfully complete a driver improvement course.	HSP, CPH
