MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION TO THE HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY. Emergency appropriation in general funds for fiscal year 2007-2008 to repay the department of budget and finance for a loan made to cover payroll and risk management costs for liability insurance for fiscal year 2006-2007, and to address a critical funding shortfall for operational costs of its public housing programs for fiscal year 2007-2008.

RELATING TO PLANNED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS. Requires the inclusion of property restrictions or conditions of use in a seller's disclosure statement.

RELATING TO PUBLIC HOUSING. Authorizes the Hawaii public housing authority to include as part of a request for proposals for the construction or renovation of a public housing project a price preference or scoring bonus for a person who proposes to concurrently redevelop adjacent real property.

DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW

· The date and time of the hearing;
· Measure number; and
· The number of copies the Committee is requesting.
