Repeals the sunset date on the transfer of part of the conveyance tax proceeds to the rental housing trust fund. Transfers the private activity bond volume cap entirely to the State.

RELATING TO LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS. Reduces the period over which state low-income housing tax credits are taken from 10 years to 5 years.
