PURSUANT TO SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2, ESTABLISHING A SENATE SPECIAL INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION OF THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND TOURISM TO H2 ENERGY LLC TO MANAGE THE HYDROGEN INVESTMENT CAPITAL SPECIAL FUND IN 2007, WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ORDERED TO BE RESCINDED.

1. Discuss organizational and procedural matters for future hearings, including securing the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents.

|
2. Decision-making, including decision-making on the issuance of subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum, may occur regarding items on the agenda. |
The Committee may meet in executive session to discuss matters as it deems necessary or as requested by a witness.
No public testimony will be accepted.
