HB 2550, HD2 Testimony

RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES. Increases that portion of an electric utility's total rated generating capacity produced by eligible customer-generators.  Increases the maximum capacity of an eligible customer-generator.  Requires the public utilities commission to adopt rules that incorporate best practices interconnection standards.  Effective 6/1/2025.  (HB2550 HD2)
