SB 3139 Testimony	RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY. Makes an appropriation for the Hawaii county economic opportunity council to establish a renewable energy project to build components for rechargeable, battery-powered automobiles.	ENE/IGM, WAM
SB 2179 Testimony	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR WASTEWATER PROJECTS. Appropriates funds wastewater projects to comply with federal Environmental Protection Agency standards.	IGM/ENE, WAM
