HB 2211	MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR WASTEWATER PROJECTS. Appropriates funds wastewater projects to comply with federal Environmental Protection Agency standards.	EEP, FIN
HB 2002	RELATING TO DEPOSIT BEVERAGE CONTAINERS. Requires the refund value of a deposit beverage container to be marked directly on the container.	EEP, EDB
HB 2235	RELATING TO THE DEPOSIT BEVERAGE CONTAINER PROGRAM. Authorizes the use of moneys in the deposit beverage container deposit special fund to acquire real property for redemption centers.	EEP, FIN
The following measure(s) has been DELETED from the agenda:
~~HB 2230~~	~~RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL IRRIGATION.~~ Expressly authorizes the board of agriculture to acquire irrigation systems by negotiated purchase, exchange, or gift. Requires agricultural lands served by irrigation systems acquired by the board of agriculture to be used by landowners for agriculture or leased to others for agricultural use. Provides regulations for gifts of irrigation systems from private landowners to the State.	~~AGR/WLH, FIN~~

HB 2330

RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

Requires the department of transportation to adopt rules for the registration of electric vehicles and to issue special license plates for electric vehicles. Waives parking fees, high occupancy vehicle restrictions, and vehicle registration fees for electric vehicles.

RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY.

Permits small wind energy systems in all land use districts where structures of any sort are allowed except for the conservation district unless permitted by the department of land and natural resources.
