This informational briefing will provide the Hawai‘i Housing Finance & Development Corporation and developers of affordable housing projects the opportunity to discuss experiences and challenges faced by the affordable housing industry in Hawai‘i.  These organizations will also highlight some of their recently completed projects and suggest how the state can better facilitate the future development of affordable housing for our citizens.  The information gathered will aide the committee in considering and drafting potential legislation for the upcoming 2008 legislative session.  The following individuals will be representing their respective organizations:
