Requires at least four of the eight members of the Board of the Agribusiness Development Corporation to have knowledge, experience, and expertise within certain secondary industries related to agriculture.  (HB2085 HD1)

RELATING TO SOLAR ENERGY.

Makes solar energy facilities a permitted use in the agricultural district on class D or E land.  (HB2502 HD2)

Permits the use of lands in agricultural land use districts to be used for agricultural-energy facilities provided that the primary activity of the agricultural-energy enterprise is agricultural activity. (HB2503 HD1)

RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCER.

Amends the definition of "renewable energy producer" to include growers and producers of organic materials used primarily for the production of biofuels or other fuels, so that they will be eligible for direct leases of public land.
