The purpose of this informational briefing is to receive from the Department of Agriculture an overview of issues pertinent to the 2008 Legislative Session, within the Committee's purview.  Topics of discussion will include agricultural loans, biosecurity, animal feed, and the upcoming DOA taro report (as specified through SCR 206 (2007)).
