A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO PSYCHOTROPIC MEDICATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  Section 5 of Act 239, Session Laws of Hawaii 2005, as amended by Act 311, Session Laws of Hawaii 2006, is amended to read as follows:

     "SECTION 5.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2005, and shall be repealed as it applies to QUEST plans only, on June 30, [2008.] 2011."

     SECTION 2.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
