A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the RESCISSION of the county authorization to impose a surcharge on the general excise tax.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 247, Session Laws of Hawaii 2005, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
