A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE THIRD REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2007-2008:
1. To be expended by the department of accounting and general services:
A. Waiakeawaena elementary school, Hawaii Design and construction of additional parking on Kinoole street.

B. Waiakeawaena elementary school, Hawaii ADA transition accessibility.
Construction $ 375,000

C. Waiakeawaena elementary school, Hawaii Design and construction of cafeteria expansion.

D. Waiakea elementary school, Hawaii Design and construction for administration and library building

SECTION 2. The sums appropriated for the respective projects set forth in section 1 shall be expended by the designated expending agency for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2007.
