A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to capital improvements for jarrett intermediate school.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $300,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2007-2008 for the following project:

          Jarrett intermediate school, Oahu

          Floor repairs for building B

          Design                                     $

          Equipment                                  $

          Construction                               $

          Total funding                              $300,000

     The sum appropriated for the capital improvement project set forth in this section shall be expended by the department of education for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2007.
