A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE THIRTY-SEVENTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Mililani's thirty-seventh representative district encompasses the new and expanding area of Mililani Mauka and the oldest part of the town, including the town center. The original Mililani schools are nearly forty years old. These schools have many issues, including repair and maintenance, as well as facilities that are outdated and in need of restoration. Traffic congestion and safety is a problem at all the schools, and to avoid further problems, a solution is proposed for the ten-classroom building being constructed at Mililani High School.
