Requires each county to adopt ordinances requiring that the development, redevelopment, renovation, or modification of any structure containing transient accommodations, as defined in Section 237D-1, shall be developed, redeveloped, renovated, or modified in accordance with the latest edition of the International Building Code (HB572 HD1).
