RELATING TO HEALTH. (Short Form) Proposed SD1:  Requires health insurance providers to include in its policies, the provision of intelligent medical vigilance monitoring devices for covered patients who are receiving in-patient health care services in an acute care hospital.

NOTE:  The Committee intends to adopt the SD1 and re-commit it to the Committee on Health pending completion of the sunrise analysis being requested pursuant to SCR No. 209 and as required pursuant to section 23-51, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
