PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE V, SECTION 1, OF THE HAWAII CONSTITUTION, TO CHANGE THE AGE QUALIFICATION FOR THE OFFICES OF GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR FROM THE AGE OF THIRTY YEARS TO THE AGE OF TWENTY‑FIVE YEARS.

Amends the constitution to change the age qualification for the offices of governor and lieutenant governor from the age of thirty years to the age of twenty‑five years.

RELATING TO MOTOR SPORTS FACILITY.

Requires the department of accounting and general services to conduct a study to determine the cost of developing an all-purpose motor sports facility on Oahu, including acquisition of land, construction, and costs of start-up, maintenance, and operation.

Gives the director of commerce and consumer affairs licensing authority over mixed martial arts contests. Prohibits no rules combat, extreme or ultimate fighting, or similar contests.
