RELATING TO STATE PLANNING. Clarifies the office of planning's role in maintaining and coordinating a statewide enterprise geographic information system (GIS). Appropriates funds ($200,000) to support the implementation of a GIS software enterprise license agreement. Establishes a special fund to help support the operation and maintenance of the statewide planning and geographic information system.
