     Your Committee on Health, to which was referred H.C.R. No. 326 entitled:

"HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION CONVENING A JOINT TASK FORCE TO REVIEW AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING THE STRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS OF THE HAWAII HEALTH SYSTEMS CORPORATION,"

begs leave to report as follows:

     The purpose of this concurrent resolution is to improve the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation as a system by convening a joint task force to review and make recommendations concerning it's structure and operations.

     The Hawaii Health Systems Corporation strongly supported this measure.

     As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Health that is attached to this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.C.R. No. 326 and recommends that it be referred to the Committee on Legislative Management.
