SENATE RESOLUTION
RELATING TO THE PRINTING OF THE JOURNAL OF THE SENATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the Twenty-fourth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2007, that the Clerk be and is hereby authorized to compile bidding specifications for the Journal of the Senate, Regular Session of 2007; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk be and is hereby authorized to call for sealed tenders for the printing, binding, and sewing of the Journal of the Senate in accordance with such specifications; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk be and is hereby authorized with the approval of the Senate President, to enter into a contract with the bidder submitting the lowest bid; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Clerk and the Senate President.
