A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO GOVERNMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 90, Session Laws of Hawaii 2001, is amended by amending section 14 to read as follows:
"SECTION 14. This Act
shall take effect upon its approval; provided that section 5, 9, and 10 shall
take effect on July 1, 2002[; and provided further that part II of this Act
shall be repealed on June 30, 2007]."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
