A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE forty-fourth REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The director of finance is authorized to issue general obligation bonds in the sum of $ , or so much thereof as may be necessary, and the same sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for fiscal year 2007-2008 for the purpose of capital improvement projects for the forty-fourth representative district, as follows:
I. To be expended by the Department of Education:
A. Ka Waihona O Ka Na`auao Charter School, Oahu
(1) Purchase and installation of five portable classrooms.

(1) Installation of cameras that are linked to the Traffic Management Center to allow for real-time traffic flow control at the intersections of Farrington Highway and Helelua Street, Haleakala Avenue, Nanakuli Avenue, Hakimo Road, and Mohihi Street.
