Report Title: Employees' Retirement System; Surviving Spouse or Reciprocal Beneficiary Benefits
Description: Allows a surviving spouse or surviving reciprocal beneficiary to remarry, marry, or enter into a new reciprocal beneficiary relationship and to continue to receive pension and other retirement benefits arising from their former spouse's employment. Allows for the reinstatement of benefits. (SB425 HD1)
