Report Title: Low-Income Housing; General Obligation Bonds ($)
Description: Authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds for the repair, renovation, and construction of low-income housing. Requires the Housing and Community Development Corporation of Hawaii (HCDCH) to submit a five-year plan relating to repairs, renovations, and construction of low-income units, and an annual report thereafter. Requires HCDCH to add no fewer than ten percent in addition units by December 31, 2008. (SB1852 HD1)
